  • We do not pay for the return shipping.
  • We are not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit.
  • We do not refund the shipping cost on any returned orders – only the cost of the actual items returned will be refunded.
  • Items must be returned in original condition with the sticker tag still intact.
    NOTE: Earrings and Body Jewelleries cannot be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene regulations.

    Return or Exchange for Faulty Goods
    If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we are more than happy to offer a replacement on unworn faulty items that still have the sticker tag attached. You must submit your exchange request within 48 hours after you receive your order at [email protected] with clear photo and order receipt.
